Easy Height Adjustment Crank Handle

 

All Benchtop cappers feature an Easy Height Adjustment Crank Handle. The crank is part of a rack and pinion height adjustment system that allows for height adjustment for up to 13 INCH TALL Containers.

 

 

 

Adjustable Torque Clutch

 

All capping machines (except the 50PD) use an adjustable torque clutch. Torque is adjusted by turning clutch lock nuts.

 

 

V-block Switch

 

Single Cycle Cappers feature a v-block switch (part # C325E) that helps the operator accurately place the bottle in the correct position time after time.

*Continuous Cycle cappers feature a similar backstop less the actuator switch.
