When you purchase a Swan-Matic bottle capping machine, you're investing in equipment designed and manufactured in the USA to provide years of dependable service. Every machine is assembled, inspected, and tested by experienced technicians before it leaves our facility in Fairview, Pennsylvania.
Our commitment doesn't end when your equipment ships. Swan-Matic stands behind every machine with responsive technical support, replacement parts, and factory service to help keep your production running smoothly.
Limited 1 Year Warranty
Swan-Matic bottle capping equipment, warrants that every new Swan-Matic machine is manufactured using quality materials and workmanship and conforms to the specifications applicable at the time of shipment. This Limited Warranty is valid for one (1) year from the original date of shipment from Swan Matic Cappers at 7050 West Lake Road, Fairview, PA 16415.
If a defect in materials or workmanship is discovered during the applicable warranty period, Swan-Matic will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective component after inspection and evaluation at our factory.
This warranty applies only to defects in materials and workmanship occurring under normal operating conditions and proper use of the equipment.
What Our Warranty Covers
- Defects in materials
- Defects in factory workmanship
- Technical support from our engineering staff
- Factory evaluation of warranty claims
- Repair or replacement of qualifying components
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage or failures resulting from:
- Normal wear of consumable or service parts
- Normal adjustment, calibration, or routine maintenance
- Improper installation
- Misuse or abuse
- Lack of routine maintenance
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Improper air or electrical supply
- Accidents or shipping damage
- Operation outside recommended specifications
Shipping damage should be reported directly to the carrier immediately upon receipt.
Need Service?
Our engineering staff is available to help troubleshoot equipment, answer technical questions, and recommend replacement parts. Whenever possible, we'll work with you to resolve issues quickly and minimize production downtime.
Factory Repair Service
If factory service is required:
- Contact Swan-Matic Technical Support.
- Describe the issue with your equipment.
- Our team will provide return instructions if necessary.
- At this point you will be given an RMA number. Must have this to send in any equipment for repair.
- VERY IMPORTANT: Dian Oil Before Shipping. Not doing so could cause many more expensive repairs and shipping fines.
- Ship the equipment, freight prepaid using secure packaging.
- Our technicians will inspect, repair, thoroughly test, and promptly return your equipment.
