Hazardous Location Capping Machines
Hazardous Location Cappers are engineered to meet and or exceed the most demanding of safety requirements and regulations.
All models are based on the framework of the 49PC and 60PC series. When power is applied, the cappers produce continuous rotating and reciprocating motions. Adding START and STOP switches to the basic machine design results in a single-cycle, or cycle on demand capping machine. Most caps can be tightened using STOCK Swan-Matic Cap-Master Machines.
49VSA / 60VSA Air Operated Capping Machines
Hazardous Location Capper
The Air operated models of both the 49PC and 60VS provide the ability to cap bottles in hazardous locations or environments. The cycle rate is controlled by increasing or decreasing the air supply, which should be 90 PSI.
C400 Air Operated Capping Machine
Hazardous Location Capper
The C400 series of cappers use air controllers to energize an air clutch and brake system in order to cycle these cappers on and off.
C500 Hazardous Location Capping Machine

The C500 is ALL ELECTRIC, using a variable speed electric motor and electric controls.
