The Model C510A, B, and C Spring Torque Testers require no power to operate. They hold containers from one-half inch in diameter through six inches in diameter and measure both applied and removal torque. The large measurement scale on the torque tester has traveling stops that show the highest reading. This portable torque tester is made from sturdy machined metal parts and has a padded carrying handle.

Digital Table Top Torque Testers
The Model C510D Digital Readout Torque Tester provides a digital readout up to 100 inch-pounds on an LCD screen which can be upgraded to link the meter with a statistical program in a computer (Model C510DCI). This torque tester operates from a 120 VAC power source or from a 9 VDC alkaline battery. It measures both applied and removal torque and displays the reading on a large three digit LED display. The readings, accurate to tenths of an inch-pounds, remain on the display for 30 seconds. When battery powered or accompanied by the AC adapter, this rugged torque measuring device can be moved from one work area to another.
- Covers the entire testing range of cap sizes operating from 0-100 inch lbs. for both removal and application.
- Reads in 0.1 inch lb. increments and the reading is visible on the tester as well as on the computer screen or printout.

Hand Held Bottle Cap Torque Testers
The C515 Cap Torque Tester is an economical solution for most cap torque measurement applications. Extremely portable, it features a universal 1/4 inch square drive which holds a *modified Swan-Matic driver shell. The modification makes shell change-over quick and easy and still uses standard Swan-Matic inserts. It is available in a wide variety of capacities from 10 oz-in to 100 in-lbs and is shipped with a certificate of calibration ensuring accuracy within ± 0.5% of full scale.
