STANDARD FEATURES

Height adjustment crank handle allows for adjustment to various bottle heights.

All Benchtop cappers feature an Easy Height Adjustment Crank Handle. The crank is part of a rack and pinion height adjustment system that allows for height adjustment for up to 13 INCH TALL Containers.

Adjustable Torque Capping Clutch

All capping machines (except the 50PD) use an adjustable torque clutch. Torque is adjusted by turning clutch lock nuts. Click here for instructions on how to adjust the clutch.

All Basic Bottle Capping Machines feature a v-block back stop Single Cycle Cappers feature a v-block switch (part # C325E) that helps the operator accurately place the bottle in the correct position time after time.

*Continuous Cycle cappers feature a similar back stop less the actuator switch.
