The Manual Capper is a low cost solution
to prototype or other limited-volume cappings. The mechanical
advantage gained by using the Manual Capper handle reduces operator
fatigue and increases productivity. In most cases, cap applied torque
is more consistent than when hand-tightened. The Manual Capper handle
is a smooth aluminum casting with a threaded stud that accepts all of
the Swan-Matic aluminum shells and inserts. The C580 is a manual
capper with adjustable torque that prevents over tightening caps. |
